1. Provider

Kran-App is provided by Stevan Štrbac, Pete kozarske brigade 25, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2. Service

Web application for construction/project operations. OCR/AI outputs are assistance only.

3. Contracts

Trial access is not a paid contract. Paid terms follow a written offer/acceptance.

4. Customer duties

Protect credentials, assign roles carefully, enter lawful data, and report security issues promptly.

5. Privacy

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and any DPA.

6. Law

Where permitted, the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies; venue is the provider’s seat unless mandatory law says otherwise.
